Frequently Asked Questions
All our orders are shipped from our UK warhouse.
We ship worldwide with the exception of a few countries/territories.
If you are restricted at checkout due to location please get in touch with customer service team and we will help.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm and we aim to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Once shipped the arrival time varies from country to country.
All our orders are tracked and once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. Kindly check your spam folder if you did not receive your tracking details or email us for help.

UK - 48 hrs Royal Mail Tracked
USA - 7-10 working days -Royal Mail Tracked
or 3-5 Days with DHL
Rest of the World 7-20 working days depending on location.

We will accept returns and issue you a full refund (excluding delivery). The container must still be full and unused (including all original packaging) to qualify for a refund.
For hygiene reason we cannot accept opened/used products.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or a wrong item was sent.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives broken or damaged we will be organise the return for you. In case of damage, we will cover return postage costs.
