ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DUTY UNPAID AND ORDERS TO EUROPE MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES POST BREXIT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS TAX AND DUTY COSTS PRIOR TO ORDERING AS THESE MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE HANDED OVER TO YOU.

All UK packages will be sent by Royal Mail tracked service and should arrive within 2-3 working days.

WORLDWIDE TRACKED DELIVERY:

US

 

Packages to the US will be sent by RM International Tracked or DHL, depending on weight. Exact price will be determined at checkout. Starting from £11.

 

 

 

EUROPE

 

Packages to the EUROPE will be sent by RM International Tracked. Exact price will be determined at checkout. Customs and duties not included.

Packages to the REST OF THE WORLD will be sent by RM International Tracked. Exact price will be determined at checkout.

Please note, prices vary depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.   Buying multiple items saves on shipping costs!

 

 

 ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders placed by noon are normally processed within approximately two (2) business days from the date the order was placed (please be aware that delays with deliveries can happen and our outside our control). Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method. 

RETURNS:

We are sure that you’ll fall in love with Cult Candy cosmetics, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us by email: Send us an email

Please put subject: RETURN

We will gladly accept returns and issue you a full refund (excluding delivery). Container must still be full (including all original packaging) to qualify for a refund. For damaged items send us details about the damage along with a photo and order number within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item. We will not issue refunds on jars that have been emptied or refilled with a different product. No funny business please!

All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and NOT resold.

Items must be postmarked within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund.
